2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Railway (Railway Corp., USA). The server is located in the EU (Amsterdam region). Each time you visit a page, Railway processes technical access data, in particular your IP address, the date and time, and the requested address, and stores it in server logs.
Purpose: operating the website securely and reliably, and troubleshooting
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is exactly this purpose
Retention: logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
3. Abuse prevention
To protect the contact form against automated requests, your IP address is counted briefly in the server's memory (no more than 5 requests per 15 minutes) and then discarded. If the form's spam protection detects an automated submission, the IP address is written to the server log together with a note and deleted after 30 days (see section 2).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is preventing spam and abuse.
4. Contact form
When you use the contact form, I process your name, email address, subject and message in order to answer your inquiry. The message is transmitted via the email service Resend to my private mailbox at Apple (iCloud). I do not share your data with third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is answering your inquiry. If your inquiry concerns a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies.
Providing the data is voluntary, but I cannot answer your inquiry without your name, email address, subject and message.
Retention: Resend deletes its copy after 30 days. I delete your message from my mailbox once your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Email to addresses @noahwild.de
Emails to addresses @noahwild.de are received by Resend and automatically forwarded to my private mailbox at Apple (iCloud). This involves processing the sender, recipient, subject, content and attachments. Legal basis and retention are as in section 4.
6. Delivery status
So that I learn about undeliverable messages, Resend reports delivery failures, bounces and complaints to my server. These reports contain a message identifier and are deleted from the server log after 30 days.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is reliable communication.
7. Recipients and transfers to third countries
I use the following service providers:
Railway Corp., USA: hosting, servers in the EU (Amsterdam)
Resend, Inc., USA: sending and receiving email. Sending runs through the EU region (Ireland); Resend stores message content and logs in the USA.
Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland: my private mailbox (iCloud), to which messages are forwarded
Railway and Resend are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) applies to these transfers; Railway additionally relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Apple transfers data to third countries on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses. I have data processing agreements with Railway and Resend under Art. 28 GDPR.
This website loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third parties. All fonts are served from my own server. No widgets, trackers or analytics tools are embedded, and no connection to Google or other font providers is established.
9. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, www.salonsuite.tech, YouTube, Spotify, claude.ai and online articles by trade and business media in the press section. They are only contacted when you follow a link. Their operators are responsible for the processing there.
10. Cookies and local storage
No cookies are set. When you switch the language (EN/DE), your browser stores this choice in a localStorage entry so that the site appears in your language on your next visit. Nothing is stored unless you click. The storage is strictly necessary for the service you request (Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
11. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).
Right to object: where I process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

3. Schutz vor Missbrauch
Um das Kontaktformular vor automatisierten Anfragen zu schützen, wird Ihre IP-Adresse im Arbeitsspeicher des Servers kurzzeitig gezählt (höchstens 5 Anfragen je 15 Minuten) und danach verworfen. Erkennt der Spam-Schutz des Formulars eine automatisierte Eingabe, wird die IP-Adresse zusammen mit einem Hinweis in das Server-Log geschrieben und nach 30 Tagen gelöscht (Abschnitt 2).
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; mein berechtigtes Interesse ist die Abwehr von Spam und Missbrauch.
4. Kontaktformular
Wenn Sie das Kontaktformular nutzen, verarbeite ich Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, den Betreff und Ihre Nachricht, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Die Nachricht wird über den E-Mail-Dienst Resend an mein privates Postfach bei Apple (iCloud) übermittelt. Ihre Angaben gebe ich nicht an Dritte weiter.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; mein berechtigtes Interesse ist die Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage. Zielt Ihre Anfrage auf einen Vertrag, gilt zusätzlich Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Die Angaben sind freiwillig. Ohne Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Betreff und Nachricht kann ich Ihre Anfrage aber nicht beantworten.
Speicherdauer: Resend löscht seine Kopie nach 30 Tagen. In meinem Postfach lösche ich Ihre Nachricht, sobald Ihre Anfrage abschließend bearbeitet ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
5. E-Mail an Adressen @noahwild.de
E-Mails an Adressen @noahwild.de nimmt Resend entgegen und leitet sie automatisch an mein privates Postfach bei Apple (iCloud) weiter. Dabei werden Absender, Empfänger, Betreff, Inhalt und Anhänge verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage und Speicherdauer entsprechen Abschnitt 4.
6. Zustellstatus
Damit ich von nicht zustellbaren Nachrichten erfahre, meldet Resend Zustellfehler, Rückläufer und Beschwerden an meinen Server. Diese Meldungen enthalten eine Kennung der Nachricht und werden im Server-Log nach 30 Tagen gelöscht.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; mein berechtigtes Interesse ist eine zuverlässige Kommunikation.
7. Empfänger und Übermittlung in Drittländer
Ich setze folgende Dienstleister ein:
Railway Corp., USA: Hosting, Server in der EU (Amsterdam)
Resend, Inc., USA: Versand und Empfang von E-Mails. Der Versand läuft über die EU-Region (Irland), Nachrichteninhalte und Protokolle speichert Resend in den USA.
Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irland: mein privates E-Mail-Postfach (iCloud), an das Nachrichten weitergeleitet werden
Railway und Resend sind nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Für diese Übermittlungen gilt damit der Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission (Art. 45 DSGVO); ergänzend stützt Railway sich auf die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO). Apple übermittelt Daten in Drittländer auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln. Mit Railway und Resend bestehen Verträge zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO.
Diese Website lädt keine Schriftarten, Skripte oder sonstigen Inhalte von Drittanbietern. Alle Schriften liegen auf meinem Server. Es sind keine Widgets, Tracker oder Analyse-Tools eingebunden, und es wird keine Verbindung zu Google oder anderen Font-Anbietern aufgebaut.
9. Links zu anderen Websites
